Photizy vs Pixieset: common questions
- Is Photizy cheaper than Pixieset?
- For the gallery and the store, the entry and middle plans cost about the same and come with more storage: 25 GB against 10 GB, and 250 GB against 100 GB. At 1 TB, Pixieset is cheaper. The difference is what you get for it: on Photizy every plan has everything, and nothing else is sold on the side.
- Does Photizy take a commission on sales?
- No, on any plan. You set the prices and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Pixieset also charges no commission on paid plans; the 15% applies only on its free plan.
- Can I bring my galleries over from Pixieset?
- Upload the originals to Photizy and send your clients the new link. The simplest way is to start new shoots on Photizy and leave older galleries on Pixieset until they expire.
- Will my clients notice the switch?
- Only the gallery changes. They still get a link, open it on a phone or a laptop and pick, without creating an account. The gallery carries your logo and your colours.
Your next gallery can look like this.
Create the account, upload the first photos, send your client the link. One afternoon and the first gallery is live.
15 days free, no card. The account expires on its own if you do not carry on.
